Wow! Today I received an unexpected blessing and creative miracle. Ken Peterson, who lives in Panama, got connected to me in the past year through our mutual friend Scott Shofner. Three days ago, Ken began participating in my latest I Was Busy, Now I’m Not (IWBNIN) coaching program.
Today, out-of-the-blue, Ken sent the email below to me asking if I was interested in pursuing two ideas: 1) translating the IWBNIN book program into Spanish for Christian professionals in Latin America and 2) translating IWBNIN into Portuguese for seminars in Brazil. I replied to Ken telling him I would be delight to go through those open doors.
“And to the angel of the church in Philadelphia write, ‘These things says He who is holy, He who is true, “He who has the key of David, He who opens and no one shuts, and shuts and no one opens”: I know your works. See, I have set before you an open door, and no one can shut it; for you have a little strength, have kept My word, and have not denied My name.” (Revelations 3:7-8)
What’s really neat about this is that I know someone who has the number one translation engine in the world, making it easy to translate books, videos, and audios into many other languages.

Greetings in Christ, Joseph…
Since our session Wednesday I have wanted to write, but had to deal with some unexpected things that came up while I am here in St. Louis. I truly enjoyed the session, especially after it got going and I am looking forward to the future sessions. One of the things I really enjoyed was that it is a Christ-centered program that applies principles that are as applicable to the secular market as they are to Christians.
As I reflected on the session and program, I thought of two things: I speak Spanish with native fluency, and have made MANY contacts throughout Latin America during my ministry career. The program you are doing, and which I am experiencing now, would be VERY well received in Latin America by the huge number of Christian professionals that I know. Second, I have a friend in Brasil, who is one of the top seminar leaders in the country and is also a Christian – Gilcler Regina. I am certain that he would find this program extremely interesting and valuable to put into Portuguese. Do you think there would be a chance to expand your international footprint through us, or others, so you can truly impact this part of the world? Something to think and pray about.
Blessings on your weekend. Ken
Heavenly Father, thank You for this unexpected blessing that you dropped into my lap today. Thank You for inspiring me to invite Ken to my I Was Busy, Now I’m Not coaching program and that he said yes to that invitation. Thank you being my Marketer to help spread this important message about slowing down to people around the world. May You bless Ken abundantly for his obedience and may You breathe your zoe life into his two ideas. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen and hallelujah!
Blessings to be still and know I AM!
